NOVELTY - Hydrophobic soil screen comprises 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. isothiazolinone, 1-2 pts. wt. dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 5-7 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 40-50 pts. wt. p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 10-17 pts. wt. acetic anhydride, 0.08-0.1 pt. wt. zinc acetate, 20-30 pts. wt. hydroxyl-2-naphthoic acid, 180-200 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. hexafluoroacetylacetone, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium palmitate, 2-3 pts. wt. glyceryl caprylate, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, 1-2 pts. wt. hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, 3-4 pts. wt. calcium stearate and 5-7 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil. USE - Hydrophobic soil screen. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic soil screen is corrosion resistant and has simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of hydrophobic soil screen comprising taking acetic acid anhydride, adding p-hydroxybenzoic acid, heating at 130-140 degrees C under oil bath, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding sulfuric acid, heating for 3-5 hours, cooling for 3-5 minutes, drying in oven at 50-60 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain monomer A, adding 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and balance raw materials, reacting under oil bath at 120-130 degrees C for 3-4 hours, discharging, pouring in ice water, adding calcium palmitate, stirring, drying at 50-60 degrees C for 20-24 hours under vacuum to obtain monomer B, adding hexafluoroacetylacetone, absolute ethanol and calcium stearate, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 4-8 minutes, adding cyclotrisiloxane, stirring to obtain premixed alcohol solution, taking graphene oxide, adding absolute ethanol and premixed alcohol solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 50-60 minutes, adding acetylated monomer A and monomer B, performing ultrasonic treating for 30-40 minutes, drying under vacuum for 20-25 hours to obtain pretreated graphene, taking zinc dialkyldithiophosphate and ethanol solution, stirring, adding isothiazolinone, raising temperature to 60-70 degrees C, adding pretreated graphene, stirring at room temperature, adding dodecyl dimethyl betaine, stirring at 100-200 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, drying under vacuum at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain modified graphene, adding zinc acetate under nitrogen gas, reacting at 240-250 degrees C for 3-4 hours, increasing temperature to 270-280 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to obtain graphene copolyester composite material, adding balance raw materials, stirring, extruding, pressing into sheets and rolling.
