▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-indium tin oxide nanofiber composite three-dimensional block, comprises (i) dissolving 0.3-0.75 g polyvinylpyrrolidone in 4.5-9 ml ethanol solution and stirring, (ii) adding glacial acetic acid and isopropyl titanate into step (i) for stirring, (iii) electrospinning the mixture produced in the step (ii) at a field strength of 1.8 KV/cm to form polyvinylpyrrolidone-titanium dioxide composite nanofiber, (iv) sintering polyvinylpyrrolidone-titanium dioxide composite nanofiber in an air atmosphere to form titanium dioxide nanofiber, (v) mixing titanium dioxide nanofiber, graphene and water uniformly, and performing hydrothermal reaction, and (vi) freeze-drying the mixture obtained in the step (v) to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-indium tin oxide nanofiber composite three-dimensional block. ADVANTAGE - The nanofiber composite three-dimensional block has large specific surface area, strong absorption capacity, high adsorption capacity, large number of holes and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
