NOVELTY - Preparing double-network organic/inorganic composite aerogel fiber with warming and flame retarding function comprises (i) adding acrylate silane and alkenyl sulfonate into reaction solvent, mixing uniformly, then adding initiator, stirring and mixing uniformly, introducing nitrogen to remove oxygen, reacting to obtain polymer solution, precipitating and purifying the polymer solution, vacuum drying to obtain organosilicone ionomer powder; (ii) adding polyethylene glycol terephthalate and organosilicone ionomer powder obtained in the step (i) into hexafluoroisopropanol, stirring at room temperature until it is completely dissolved, then adding graphene powder, and ultrasonically dispersing under the condition of stirring to obtain spinning raw liquid; (iii) vacuum degassing the spinning raw liquid, then extruding from a spinneret hole to form fine flow, leading into coagulation bath for solvent replacement to obtain composite fiber; and (iv) freeze-drying the composite fiber. USE - The aerogel fiber is useful for preparing composite fibers with temperature adjustment function (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel fiber: has flame retardant property and aerogel framework; has micro-pores with different sizes; has increased mechanical strength and modulus. The composite fiber: has the functions of keeping warm, flame retardant and antistatic functions; and can further functionalized and prepare functional fiber. The method: is simple; and has strong applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing double-network organic/inorganic composite aerogel fiber with warming and flame retarding function comprises (i) adding acrylate silane and alkenyl sulfonate into reaction solvent, mixing uniformly, then adding initiator, stirring and mixing uniformly, introducing nitrogen to remove oxygen, reacting at 50-60degreesC for 12-24 hours to obtain polymer solution, precipitating and purifying the polymer solution, vacuum drying to obtain organosilicone ionomer powder, where the acrylate silane is 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate, the alkenyl sulfonate is sodium vinyl sulfonate, sodium allyl sulfonate or sodium allylsulfonate, and the initiator is azodiisobutyronitrile; (ii) adding polyethylene glycol terephthalate and organosilicone ionomer powder obtained in the step (i) into hexafluoroisopropanol, stirring at room temperature until it is completely dissolved, then adding graphene powder, and ultrasonically dispersing under the condition of stirring to obtain spinning raw liquid; (iii) vacuum degassing the spinning raw liquid, then extruding from a spinneret hole to form fine flow, leading into coagulation bath for solvent replacement to obtain composite fiber, where there are two coagulation baths: the first coagulation bath is the mixed bath of water, ethanol and tetrahydrofuran according to volume ratio of 1.5:1:0.5, the second coagulation bath is water bath, and the temperature of the two coagulation bath is 5-10degreesC; and (iv) freeze-drying the composite fiber. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the double-network organic/inorganic composite aerogel fiber prepared by the above preparation method.
