NOVELTY - A carbon fiber-based gradient composite anode material for manganese electrowinning, comprises carbon fiber matrix. The ( alpha )-lead dioxide composite coating with nano-graphene particles is incorporated on the surface of the carbon fiber matrix. The ( beta )-lead dioxide composite coating with silicon dioxide particles is incorporated on the surface of ( alpha )-lead dioxide composite coating. The ( beta )-manganese dioxide composite coating with ruthenium oxide particles is introduced on the surface of ( beta )-lead dioxide composite coating. USE - Carbon fiber-based gradient composite anode material for manganese electrowinning (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber-based gradient composite anode material is economical and has high electrocatalytic activity, low slot voltage, long service life, and high efficiency.
