▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene microsphere comprises (S1) mixing graphite powder, concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate, performing ultrasonic dispersion, and stirring to make mixed solution, (S2) slowly adding potassium permanganate to the mixed solution, stirring and mixing to obtain colloid, (S3) mixing the emulsifier and the organic solvent to obtain an oil phase solution, adding the colloid to the oil phase solution, stirring and mixing to obtain colloidal microspheres, and (S4) subjecting the colloidal microspheres to hydrothermal treatment, cleaning and drying, and then placing them in a muffle furnace for processing to obtain graphene microspheres. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene microsphere, which useful catalysts and lithium batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to control reaction conditions, and is suitable for large-scale production. The obtained graphene microsphere has a controllable particle size, a uniform particle size, and a particle size range of 50 nm to 1000 um.
