NOVELTY - The synthesis of graphene oxide involves chlorinating oxidized graphene grafted hydroxyethyl methacrylate, dispersing in anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide, adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate, dripping anhydrous triethylamine, washing, drying, obtaining vinyl-functionalized graphene oxide, adding to mixed solution of acetonitrile and methanol, adding zinc chloride, methacrylate, 1-vinylimidazole, divinylbenzene and azobisisobutyronitrile, irradiating, separating, washing, centrifuging, incubating with solution of zinc chloride in methanol, isolating product by centrifugation and drying. USE - Synthesis of polymerized microspheres functionalized graphene oxide used for catalytic degradation of organophosphorus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively simulates the active center of the organophosphorus hydrolase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The synthesis of polymerized microspheres functionalized graphene oxide involves chlorinating oxidized graphene grafted hydroxyethyl methacrylate, ultrasonically dispersing in anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide, adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate, dripping anhydrous triethylamine under nitrogen, refluxing for 12-24 hours, washing product by methanol centrifugation, vacuum-drying, obtaining vinyl-functionalized graphene oxide, adding functionalized graphene oxide to a mixed solution of acetonitrile and methanol in a volume ratio of 9:1, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature, adding zinc chloride, methacrylate, 1-vinylimidazole and divinylbenzene, adding azobisisobutyronitrile under the protection of nitrogen, irradiating with UV light having a wavelength of 365 nm for 48-72 hours under nitrogen protection at room temperature, carrying out intermittent agitation during irradiation, centrifugally separating, washing resulting solid with methanol, centrifuging, incubating with a solution of zinc chloride in methanol for 20-40 minutes, isolating resulting product by centrifugation and vacuum-drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the application of polymer microspheres functionalized graphene oxide in catalytic degradation of organophosphorus.
