NOVELTY - A silicon wafer is subjected to processing, cleaned, dried, and the silicon wafer is provided into a Piranha solution to soak. The silicon wafer is taken out from the Piranha solution, cleaned, and dried, to obtain product (A). The obtained product (A) is cleaned, dried, provided into a graphene oxide solution to carry out carboxylation reaction, to obtain product (B). The product (B) is taken out, cleaned, dried, and carrying out heat preservation on the product (B), to obtain silica-based surface carboxylated graphene oxide self-assembled composite film. USE - Preparation of silica-based surface carboxylated graphene oxide self-assembled composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of silica-based surface carboxylated graphene oxide self-assembled composite film having friction coefficient of 0.18-0.22 and wear life of more than 2400 seconds, by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A silicon wafer is subjected to processing, cleaned, dried, and the silicon wafer is provided into a Piranha solution to soak. The silicon wafer is taken out from the Piranha solution, cleaned, dried, and the silicon wafer is added into a silane solution to carry out self-assembling reaction, to obtain product (A). The obtained product (A) is taken out, cleaned, and dried, to obtain silicon wafer with silica-based surface on which an aminosilane film is arranged. The obtained product is provided into a graphene oxide solution to carry out carboxylation reaction, to obtain product (B). The product (B) is taken out, cleaned, dried, and carrying out heat preservation on the product (B), to obtain silica-based surface carboxylated graphene oxide self-assembled composite film.
