NOVELTY - High-temperature resistant ceramic bearing core plasticizer comprises 93-97 wt.% paraffin wax, 1.5-2 wt.% beeswax, 1-3 wt.% polyethylene, and 0.5-2 wt.% modified graphene. USE - High-temperature resistant ceramic bearing core plasticizer. ADVANTAGE - The high-temperature resistant ceramic bearing core plasticizer has excellent mechanical properties and thermal properties into the paraffin-based plasticizer material system, improves temperature performance and dimensional stability of paraffin-based plasticizer materials, realizes uniform mixing of graphene in the paraffin-based plasticizer to obtain a graphene-reinforced paraffin-based plasticizer material with good fluidity, small shrinkage of the raw embryo, high temperature and strength of the raw embryo, not easy to deform, and high forming rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high temperature resistant ceramic bearing core plasticizer, which involves: (A) putting paraffin wax, beeswax and polyethylene into a ball mill according to the stated mass percentage; (B) putting the ball-milled mixture into a mixer with heating function and heat it at 110-140 degrees C, until the mixture is completely melted, and preparing paraffin-based plasticizer substrate; (C) adding modified graphene to the melted paraffin-based plasticizer substrate, and stirring at high speed at a stirring speed of 300-1000 r/min to make the raw materials fully mixed to form a slurry; and (D) pouring slurry into a block and cooled naturally to obtain a graphene-enhanced paraffin-based plasticizer material.
