NOVELTY - Polymer thermal conductive film comprises 30-80 pts. wt. polymer matrix, 5-40 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. second heat-conducting filler, 0.015-4 pts. wt. surface treating agent, 1-40 pts. wt. filler coating agent and 0.5-20 pts. wt. processing aid. USE - Uses polymer thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The polymer thermal conductive film: adopts uniformly dispersed and highly oriented graphene to construct long-range continuous, three-dimensional hybrid thermal network structure, to overcome anisotropy of graphene, to construct stable and efficient thermal network. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polymer thermal conductive film, comprising (i) melt mixing polymer, graphene, second thermally conductive filler, surface treatment agent, coating agent and processing aid at a high shear strength at 120-300 degrees C, where ratio of output energy of blending process to the mass of all the mixtures is 0.1-5 kWh/kg and cooling or pelletizing or directly granulating to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene-filled modified polymer; (ii) subjecting uniformly dispersed graphene-filled modified polymer obtained in step (i) to high mechanical stretching at a draw ratio of 2-200 at a temperature of 160-300 degrees C, dispersing polymer thermal conductive film to obtain highly oriented graphene and forming heat conductive film to have a thickness of 10-800 mu m.
