NOVELTY - Polylactic acid/polybutyrate/graphene material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 10-40 pts. wt. polybutyrate, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-1.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent and 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Polylactic acid/polybutyrate/graphene material used for three-dimensional printing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good mechanical property, good toughness, excellent degradation performance, high printing precision, easy to obtain raw materials, mild condition, simple preparation method and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polylactic acid/polybutyrate/graphene material comprising oxidizing graphene at 150-200 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene oxide, vacuum drying obtained graphene oxide, polylactic acid and polybutyrate for 20-30 minutes, dispersing silane coupling agent, polylactic acid, polybutyrate, compatibilizer, antioxidant and toughening agent under 800-2000 revolutions/minute (rpm) rotating speed of high speed dispersion machine for 20-30 minutes, adding mixed material, placing into conical double screw extruder, extruding at 150-220 degrees C and setting head temperature at 180-200 degrees C under 150-300 rpm speed, ball milling under 300-400 rpm rotating speed for 3-5 hours to obtain 50-200 meshes sieve granules, and vacuum drying at 60-80 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain product.
