NOVELTY - A self-heating micro-super capacitor is prepared by utilizing a commercial interdigital micro-electrode that is aluminum oxide as template, preparing a capacitance material by electrochemical process, obtaining a graphene film by vacuum suction assisting technique, attaching the graphene film to the back surface of the commercial interdigital micro-electrode, followed by coating the commercial interdigital micro-electrode with a gel electrolyte uniformly and packing with polydimethylsiloxane to obtain the finished product. USE - Self-heating micro-super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The self-heating micro-super capacitor can be prepared with better electrochemical performance, in a simple, easy and cost-effective manner.
