NOVELTY - A fluorinated graphene is prepared by ultrasonically exfoliating graphite fluoride with an ionic liquid and a polar solvent. The specific preparation process is carried out by adding fluorinated graphite to mixed solution of polar solvent and ionic liquid, heating at 50-80 degrees C, stirring at high speed for 1-4 hours, ultrasonically peeling, centrifuging after 12-24 hours, collecting the supernatant and freeze-drying to obtain final product. USE - Fluorinated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The large-sized fluorinated graphene has high purity and controllable layers, and is prepared by simple process.
