▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing bio-based aerogel piezoelectric sensor device comprises (1) adding an oxidizing agent to the cellulose nanocrystal suspension, stirring and reacting overnight in the dark, forming a surface oxidized cellulose nanocrystal suspension after washing and dialysis treatment, (2) adding a modified long-chain polymer with a molecular weight of 3000-5000 to the surface oxidized cellulose nanocrystal suspension, stirring to make it evenly mixed, and conduct cross-linking and coagulation, after the gelation reaction, placing the mold on a thermally conductive metal substrate for directional freezing and freeze-drying to obtain an anisotropic aerogel with an aspect ratio of 1.07-3.26 for drying, and (3) uniformly coating conductive paste on both surfaces of the dried aerogel, drying naturally, and paste copper foil on the surface to obtain bio-based gas activated by dielectric relaxation gel piezoelectric self-powered sensing device. USE - The method is useful for preparing bio-based aerogel piezoelectric sensor device, which is useful in the field of flexible sensor, super capacitor and anisotropic electric management device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of lightweight bio-based piezoelectric , and key application problems of insufficient piezoelectric sensing performance and self-energy performance of device materials.
