▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of hollow micro-needle array biosensor comprises pouring liquid polymer material on micro-needle mold, demolding to obtain solid micro-needle array, using a pulse laser to punch hollow micro-needle array on solid micro needle array, where hole diameter of pulse laser punching hole is 10-100 microm, using molecular laser to perform pulse laser deposition at room temperature, depositing layer of conductive film on inner wall of hole of hollow micro-needle array, electrifying and polymerizing layer of biological identification molecular film on conductive membrane. USE - The method is used for preparing hollow micro-needle array biosensor used as blood glucose meter in market for blood sugar detection. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hollow micro-needle array biosensor that improves the compliance feeling, realizes the integration of puncture and detection, simplifies the device requirement and sensing process, and prevents the biological identification molecule from being damaged and falling off.
