NOVELTY - Graphene zinc-containing anticorrosion paint comprises 15-50 interface-modified graphene/zinc powder mixture, 15-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 7-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. mixed solvent, 10-25 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The graphene zinc-containing anticorrosion paint is useful in field of metal surface protection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene zinc-containing anticorrosion paint: effectively solves the technical problem of weak cathodic protection effect caused by the low bonding strength of the interface between graphene and zinc powder in the current graphene zinc-containing anti-corrosion paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation graphene of the zinc-containing anticorrosive paint comprises step (i) subjecting adding acidic supramolecular polymer, alkaline conductive molecule for assembling reaction to obtain conductive supramolecular material powder, (ii) mixing and drying the conductive supramolecular material powder obtained in (i) and graphene zinc powder in the fluidized bed to obtain the interface-modified zinc graphene mixture, and (iii) subjecting interface modified graphene/zinc powder mixture, epoxy resin, curing agent, mixed solvent and auxiliary agent for composite processing to obtain final product.
