NOVELTY - A graphene modified high-temperature-resisting nylon composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. nylon salt, 0.05-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pt. wt. capping agent, 0.02-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.05-0.3 pt. wt. nucleating agent, and 30-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphene modified high-temperature-resisting nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved graphene agglomeration with nylon substrate, interface property, wear resistance, and impact property. The method is simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material comprising taking raw materials, adding deionized water to graphene, dispersing, ultrasonically stirring, and adding into autoclave; and purging with nitrogen gas for 3 times, heating to 150-300 degrees C and 1.5-3 MPa for 1-3 hours, vacuumizing to atmospheric pressure, and discharging.
