▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining an image of sample with an electron microscope as a non-destructive electron microscope image. A graphene film is formed in the sample including biological material of non-destructive electron microscope image. A current path is provided through the graphene film during electron microscope operation of non-destructive electron microscope image. USE - Non-destructive method for obtaining electron microscope image of sample. ADVANTAGE - The charge accumulation on the non-conductive biological surface is reduced based on electron transmission drawing and excel high-conductivity of graphene. The current path is provided through the graphene film of huge size for covering the surface of biological material so as to obtain high-quality electron microscope image with low resolution. The labor compact time consumption is reduced, the mechanical strength and the high flexibility of graphene sheet adhered on various biological surfaces are improved, and excellent conformal coating is possible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the processing film; (2) the electron microscope kit; and (3) the kit for the spectrum analysis.
