NOVELTY - Casting aluminum alloy comprises (i) taking 10-11 wt.% silicon, 0.2-0.3 wt.% iron, 0.4-0.6 wt.% magnesium, 1-1.5 wt.% copper, 3.5-4 wt.% manganese, 0.04-0.06 wt.% strontium, 0.2-0.3 wt.% zinc, 0.02-0.03 wt.% yttrium, 0.08-0.1 wt.% scandium, 0.3-0.5 wt.% graphene oxide and aluminum (balanced amount) and mixing, (ii) placing raw materials taken in step (i) in ball mill and then ball milling for 15-30 minutes to obtain mixture, (iii) placing the mixture obtained in step (ii) in smelting furnace for smelting, adding sodium chloride and potassium chloride when aluminum liquid appears in furnace, stirring, then adding hexachloroethane for refining and stirring continuously, (iv) stopping stirring after uniform mixing, allowing to stand for while and skimming the slag, (v) pouring aluminum liquid into holding furnace for heat preservation after skimming and (vi) pouring insulated aluminum liquid into mold for casting and releasing the mold to obtain final product. USE - The aluminum alloy is useful for hydrogen energy vehicles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: produces aluminum alloy which have high wear resistance, long service life, excellent safety, and thus improves the strength and modalities of the vehicle body.
