NOVELTY - A cadmium selenium-doped polypyrrole-amine-functionalized graphene oxide-silver selenium electro-chemiluminescence preparing method involves polishing glassy carbon electrode with alumina polishing powder. The electrode is cleaned ultrasonically with ethanol and rinsed with ultrapure water, followed by dropping cadmium selenium-doped polypyrrole-amine-functionalized graphene oxide-silver selenium antibody incubation solution to electrode surface and drying, dropping or bovine serum albumin solution to the surface of a specific active site of the electrode, and rinsing. USE - Method for preparing a cadmium selenium-doped polypyrrole-amine-functionalized graphene oxide-silver selenium electro-chemical light-emitting sensor that is utilized for measuring a CA72-4 gastric cancer antigen. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the sensor with excellent electrical conductivity and better intensity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cadmium selenium-doped polypyrrole-amine-functionalized graphene oxide-silver selenium electro-chemiluminescence sensor preparing method involves polishing glassy carbon electrode with diameter of 4 mm with alumina polishing powder with particle size of 1.0 mu m, 0.3 mu m and 0.05 mu m. The electrode is cleaned ultrasonically with ethanol and rinsed with ultrapure water, followed by dropping 4 mu l and 0.5-2.0 mg/ml cadmium selenium-doped polypyrrole-amine-functionalized graphene oxide-silver selenium antibody incubation solution to electrode surface at 4 degrees C and drying, dropping 4 mu l or 3 mass% bovine serum albumin solution to the surface of a specific active site of the electrode. The electrode is rinsed with phosphate-buffered saline buffer solution having pH of 6.4-8.4 and dried at 4 degrees C, followed by dropping 4 mu l gastric cancer antigen CA72-4 and washing the electrode PBS buffer solution with pH of 6.4-8.4. The electrode is placed in refrigerator at 4 degrees C for 3-12 hours to obtain a finished product.
