NOVELTY - Preparing a silver-halloysite-polyvinyl alcohol containing ultrafiltration membrane involves dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution, heating, adding a mixture containing amino silane coupling agent, performing reflux reaction and filtration, and then washing and drying to obtain coupling agent modified graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing a silver-halloysite-polyvinyl alcohol containing ultrafiltration membrane used in separation of bovine serum albumin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silver-halloysite-polyvinyl alcohol containing ultrafiltration membrane in an environment-friendly, simple, convenient, economical and practical way, which has high recovery rate, low flux decay rate for bovine serum albumin, good separating retention performance, and excellent antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a silver-halloysite-polyvinyl alcohol containing ultrafiltration membrane involves dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution, heating, adding a mixture containing amino silane coupling agent, performing reflux reaction and filtration, and then washing and drying to obtain coupling agent modified graphene oxide. The coupling agent-modified graphene oxide powder is ultrasonically dispersed in an ethanol solution, an aqueous solution containing silver ions is added to the prepared reaction solution, mixed uniformly, and a reducing agent is then added to carry out a reduction reaction, followed by filtering, washing, and drying the silver ion-containing aqueous solution to obtain a silver-containing compound. A pore-forming agent is added into aqueous solution, followed by adding silver halloysite, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, stirring uniformly, standing and defoaming into a membrane, placing at room temperature, and stripping to obtain silver-halloysite-polyvinyl alcohol ultrafiltration membrane.
