NOVELTY - Manufacturing composite material comprises (i) preparing a foam structure using a composite resin containing hexanediol diacrylate and graphene, (ii) preparing a composite by filling the structure with a mixture containing an epoxy and an aromatic amine curing agent, and (iii) curing the composite. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has higher thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite material, comprising a foam structure in which graphene is dispersed in hexanediol diacrylate and a mixture including epoxy and 4-4-diaminodiphenylmethane filling the structure.
