▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive liquid comprises performing dehydration condensation reaction of the siloxane precursor and graphene oxide under the action of the catalyst to obtain silicon hydroxy modified graphene oxide, grafting the attapulgite and the silicohydroxy-modified graphene oxide to obtain a modified graphene oxide-attapulgite reinforcing agent and curing the mixed reaction system containing the modified graphene oxide-attapulgite reinforcing agent, epoxy resin, curing agent and diluent. USE - The anticorrosive liquid and coating are useful in the surface anticorrosion treatment of a metal or alloy substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive liquid and coating: enhances the bonding performance between the composite anticorrosive coating and substrate; and anticorrosion performance of the composite coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive liquid prepared by the method mentioned above comprises multiple pinhole defect structures and filled in the pores of the pinhole defect structure in the epoxy resin; modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive coating formed from the modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive liquid; and #preparing modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive coating comprising providing the modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive liquid, coating the anti-corrosion liquid on the surface of the metal and/or alloy substrate, and performing heat treatment and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive coating, where the temperature of the heat treatment is 30-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours and coating the modified graphene oxide-attapulgite epoxy composite anticorrosive solution on the metal and/or at least one of dip coating, spin coating, spray coating and blade coating on the surface of the alloy substrate.
