▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Production of graphene adhesive lining involves preparing coating slurry having a viscosity of 8000-1000 mpa.second, coating on a fabric using a coating machine including a cloth feeding unit, a coating unit and a drying unit at 140-150 degrees C, 28-40 m/minute and 6-8 g/m2, detecting and packaging. The coating slurry comprises 10-15 g hot-melt polyurethane-amine, 4-6 g sodium polynaphthalene sulfonate (dispersant NNO), 20-25 g polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-1 g graphene powder, 2-4 g defoamer and 100 g water. The coating unit comprises a supporting roller, an inner scraper, an outer scraper which recovers the untransferred slurry, a slurry tank and a nickel mesh which rotates under the roller to make the slurry flow before and after the inner scraper, generates static pressure and transfers to the fabric.
