NOVELTY - Preparing anti-lightning and anti-static epoxy resin comprises (1) adding 20-35 pts. wt. bisphenol A, 50-80 pts. wt. acetone and 40-50 pts. wt. epichlorohydrin to reactor, filling with nitrogen, raising temperature to 55-70degrees Celsius, adding 2-4 pts. wt. catalyst and 30-40 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting pH to 8-8.3, raising temperature to 86-90degrees Celsius again, and stirring, (2) adding 10-20 pts. wt. 5,5-dimethyl hydantoin to reactor, raising temperature to 80-100degrees Celsius, and stirring for 1-2 hours, (3) cooling reaction solution to 20-40degrees Celsius, and stopping flowing nitrogen, (4) adding 5-10 pts. wt. methacrylamide and 20-25 pts. wt. solvent to reactor, stirring, controlling pressure at 1-1.2 MPa, adding 0-3 pts. wt. functionalized graphene slurry, raising temperature to 50-70degrees Celsius, adding 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, and keeping temperature for 2-3 hours, and (5) injecting into mold, placing in vacuum box to exhaust, and cooling to normal temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-lightning and anti-static epoxy resin.
