NOVELTY - A UV curing waterborne polyurethane antibacterial coating comprises 100 pts. wt. waterborne polyurethane, 20-30 pts. wt. tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate, 2-10 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 40-80 pts. wt. diacetone alcohol, 3-12 pts. wt. nano aluminum oxide, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. nanotitanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. delustent, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, and 0.6-1 pt. wt. defoaming agent. USE - UV curing waterborne polyurethane antibacterial coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is suitable for high-speed automatic production. It has no environment pollution, energy saving, stable effect, long acting time, fast curing speed, normal temperature curing, resistant to hard material scratch with high glossiness, high production efficiency and hardness, and good performance, wearing resistance, antibacterial and anti-static performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of UV curing waterborne polyurethane antibacterial coating comprising adding photoinitiator and diacetone alcohol into reactor, uniformly stirring, adding waterborne polyurethane, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, epoxy acrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate and defoaming agent, uniformly stirring, adding nano aluminum oxide, graphene oxide, nanotitanium dioxide, delusterant and anti-settling agent, and stirring at 50-80 degrees C for 4-8 hours.
