NOVELTY - Preparation of high-conductivity graphene, involves preparing 0.04-0.04% dispersion by dissolving graphite in solvent, adding a dispersant, and ultrasonically dispersing for 90-120 minutes at 22000-25000 Hz, laminar flow plasma beam processing for 30-60 minutes, adding a metal powder of 200-240 mesh, and ultrasonically processing at 40000-60000 Hz. USE - Preparation of high-conductivity graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method improves yield, and is simple and suitable for industrial production.
