▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An independent self-supporting artificial nano-graphite film is prepared by mixing graphene oxide and graphitizable macromolecule, coating on substrate, forming film, performing heat treatment to 400-600 degrees C at 1-10 degrees C/minute, maintaining for 1-4 hours, heating under vacuum to 700-1600 degrees C at 1-10 degrees C/minute, maintaining for 0.1-2 hours, heating to 2000-2300 degrees C at 1-20 degrees C/minute, maintaining for 2-4 hours, heating to 2800-3200 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours at 1-20 degrees C/minute, and making substrate surface having volatile coating. The thickness of artificial nano-graphite film is 100-280 nm. The volatile coating is polycrystalline nano-coating that can volatilize or decompose at 700-1600 degrees C, and has thickness of less than or equal to 20 nm. USE - The method is used for preparing independent self-supporting artificial nano-graphite film in nanomaterial including heat conductivity, electrical conductivity, light absorption and drug detection. ADVANTAGE - The film has flat surface, uniform thickness structure, controllable horizontal size and vertical thickness and no layering phenomenon on vertical direction.
