▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Method for assaying phospholipase activity, involves preparing graphene oxide/carbon nanotube double layer film deposited on the substrate, performing hydrolysis process by spotting lipid sample on the substrate, subjecting the product to laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LDI-TOFMS) and analyzing spectrum obtained by calculating relative amount of reactants and products through the active step. USE - The method is useful for assaying phospholipase activity (claimed).
