NOVELTY - A graphene transdermal administration microneedle comprises biocompatible organic high molecular polymer substrate dispersed with graphene material. The biocompatible organic high molecular polymer substrate is polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, hyaluronic acid, polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer and/or carboxymethyl cellulose. The graphene material is graphene or graphene treated by chemical and physical methods. USE - Graphene transdermal administration microneedle. ADVANTAGE - The product has good mechanical properties, easily penetrates the stratum corneum, good ability to control drug release via infrared light, has excellent antibacterial properties, easy to store, has simple preparation, and is low-cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the: (1) graphene transdermal microneedle system comprising graphene transdermal administration microneedle loaded with drug; and (2) preparation of graphene transdermal administration microneedle comprising dispersing biocompatible organic high molecular polymer in solvent to obtain dispersion system, dispersing with graphene material, removing air bubbles, molding, and demolding.
