NOVELTY - Graphene heating film comprises a graphene ink layer comprising graphene, auxiliary agent, conductive filler with high length-diameter ratio and dispersing medium, where the dispersion medium is low boiling point solvent, the high length-diameter ratio conductive filler is conductive filler with length-diameter ratio greater than 1500 and the auxiliary agent is cellulose substance. USE - The graphene heating film is useful in electric heating components (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating film has environmental protection, simple process; and is suitable for industrialized production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene heating film, comprising (i) using screen printing method to print pattern on the graphene ink on the substrate and annealing the patterned substrate, and (ii) setting electrodes at two ends of the pattern, using the thermoplastic film to plastically seal the patterned substrate to obtain the graphene heating film, preferably, in the step (i), the temperature of the annealing treatment is 200-450 degrees C, preferably, the annealing treatment time can be 5-90 minutes, preferably, in the step (ii), the temperature of the plastic package is 30-150 degrees C, preferably, the pressure of the plastic package is 1-6 MPa, preferably, the time of the plastic package is 1-10 minutes; and #graphene heating film, is prepared by the method.
