NOVELTY - A graphene layer (4) is formed on a metal foil (6), and a resin layer (9) comprising unhardened or semi-hardened reactive-curable resin composition is formed on the graphene layer, to obtain intermediate component (7). A transparent base material (2) is laminated on the resin layer of intermediate component and resin layer is hardened continuously and metal foil is removed from the laminate, to obtain transparent conductive component (1). USE - Manufacture of transparent conductive component used for transparent electrode for touch panel. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides transparent conductive component having high transparency and electroconductivity.
