NOVELTY - The micro-LED device has a micro-LED array located on a transparent substrate. The micro-LED array comprises multiple micro-LEDs. A patterned catalyst layer is located on the micro-LED array and the transparent substrate. A graphenecarbon nanotube electrode is located on the patterned catalyst layer. The graphene-carbon nanotube electrode is connected with each of the micro-LED, so as to drive the micro-LED array to work. USE - Micro-LED device for use in a display field. ADVANTAGE - The micro-LED device has strong light transmittance and anti-stretching ability and the localized growth is more controllable.
