NOVELTY - The preparation of film involves adding appropriate amount of monomer aniline to certain molar concentration of hydrochloric acid solution to obtain reacted monomer solution, dissolving certain amount of graphene oxide and ammonium persulfate in certain molar concentration of hydrochloric acid solution to obtain initiator solution, adding certain quality and size of polyurethane film in solution, adding to solution of aniline monomer, rapidly and evenly mixing, leaving still for 10-30 minutes, removing polyurethane film, washing with deionized water, and drying and reducing in oven. USE - Preparation of graphene/polyaniline/polyurethane conductive composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the rapid preparation of composite film by simple process with low energy consumption and excellent electrical conductivity.
