NOVELTY - A silicone watch band comprises 100 pts. wt. mixed collagen glue, 10-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 4-8 pts. wt. modified bamboo fiber and 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. The modified bamboo fiber is made of bamboo fiber treated with alkali and silane coupling agent and reacted with carboxylated graphene. USE - Silicone watch band. ADVANTAGE - The silicone watch band has high tear resistance. The method has improved mixing uniformity and efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the silicone watch band comprising taking 1/2 of the total amount of mixed collagen glue, mixing at room temperature for 1-2 minutes to obtain first-stage rubber, mixing with hydroxy silicone oil, white carbon black, modified bamboo fiber and vulcanizing agent at room temperature for 5-6 minutes, and rolling to obtain second-stage mixed rubber; and taking remaining mixed collagen glue, mixing at room temperature for 1-2 minutes, adding second-stage mixed rubber, mixing at room temperature for 2-3 minutes, rolling for 3-5 times, reducing roller pitch, rolling for 3-4 times when it is too thin, increasing roller pitch, taking out, resting to obtain mixed film, and vulcanizing.
