▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flexible glucose biosensor, comprises a flexible substrate, and a graphene interdigital electrode prepared by a laser engraving method on the flexible substrate. A solid-state electrode wire is arranged on both sides of the interdigital electrode, and a semiconducting carbon nanomaterial layer covers the surface of the interdigital electrode. A sensing enzyme film layer is fixed on the semiconducting carbon nanomaterial layer by chemical cross-linking, and a blocking encapsulation layer covers the sensing enzyme film layer. The chemical cross-linking fixation is to carboxylate the surface of the semiconductor carbon nanomaterial layer, and the surface is immersed in a solution containing glucose oxidase for chemical cross-linking and fixation after the surface carboxy groups are activated. USE - The flexible glucose biosensor is useful for monitoring the level of blood glucose in human body, and for monitoring diabetes patient blood sugar content. ADVANTAGE - The flexible glucose biosensor has strong specificity, high sensitivity, large detection range, low detection limit, simple preparation, and flexible and wear-resistant characteristics, and has wide application prospect.
