NOVELTY - Shock absorbing ring comprises a shock absorbing body and an insulating and thermal-conducting layer coated on the surface of the shock absorbing body, where the shock absorbing body comprises 80-120 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 20-30 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 15-25 pts. wt. radiating agent, 70-100 pts. wt. filler, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 65-80 pts. wt. softener, 1.5-2 pts. wt. insoluble sulfur and 4-7 pts. wt. other additives. The thermally conductive filler comprises at least one of copper powder, aluminum powder, iron powder, graphene and carbon nanotubes. The radiating agent uses expanded graphite as carrier and polyvinylidene fluoride as sealing agent, and encapsulates the paraffin on the expanded graphite, where the weight ratio of expanded graphite, paraffin and polyvinylidene fluoride is (7-10):(5-10):(3-5). USE - Used as shock absorbing ring. ADVANTAGE - The shock absorbing ring has outstanding thermal conduction and radiating performance, and prolongs service life of the motor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing shock absorbing ring, comprising (i) mixing zinc oxide, zinc stearate, stearic acid, thermally conductive filler, filler, stirring evenly, adding ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, radiating agent, crosslinking agent, softener, insoluble sulfur and other additives, and continuously stirring to obtain premix, (ii) mixing the premix at 60-80degrees Celsius for 3-6 minutes symmetrical, obtaining mixed material, cutting the mixed material into strips, placing in a mold, vulcanizing at 160-170degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes, trimming, and cooling to obtain shock absorbing body, and (iii) adding the silicone gel, insulating and thermal-conductive filler and dispersant, and mixing evenly to obtain insulating and thermal-conductive coating, coating the insulating and thermal-conductive coating on the surface of the shock absorbing body to obtain shock absorbing ring.
