▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of graphene/polyvinyl alcohol-modified nonwoven fabric involves dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, ultrasonically-treating, obtaining 3-30 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion, adding soluble polyvinyl alcohol to the resultant product, stirring, obtaining graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol composite modification solution, dipping nonwoven fabric in the obtained solution, drying the nonwoven fabric, placing the resultant product in hydroiodic acid solution, drying, such that graphene oxide on the surface of nonwoven fiber is reduced, washing, and drying. USE - Production of graphene/polyvinyl alcohol-modified nonwoven fabric used for clothes, home-use textiles, medical health care applications, air purification applications, sewage treatment applications and military applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical production of graphene/polyvinyl alcohol-modified nonwoven fabric having excellent hydrophilic property, antibiotic property, antistatic property and adsorptive function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene/polyvinyl alcohol-modified nonwoven fabric involves dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, ultrasonically-treating, obtaining 3-30 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion, adding soluble polyvinyl alcohol having molecular weight of 1700-100000 to the resultant product, stirring, obtaining graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol composite modification solution having polyvinyl alcohol content of 4-16 %mass, and mass ratio of graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol of 5:95-80:20, dipping nonwoven fabric in the obtained solution, drying the nonwoven fabric, placing the resultant product in hydroiodic acid solution, drying, such that graphene oxide on the surface of nonwoven fiber is reduced, washing obtained nonwoven fabric with distilled water and ethanol, and drying. The nonwoven fabric is polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, nylon, acrylic resin, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinyl chloride or polyphenylene sulfide. The hydroiodic acid solution comprises aqueous solution of hydroiodic acid or hydroiodic acid/acetic acid solution.
