NOVELTY - Metal cutting fluid containing graphene comprises 0.5-5 wt.% lubricating additive, 25- 35 wt.% rust inhibitor, 0.5-1 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, 10-20 wt.% surfactant, 1-2 wt.% antiseptic fungicide and water (balance up to 100 wt.%); the rust inhibitor is alkanol amine, the lubricating additive is graphene dispersion and its raw material composition is 0.1-0.3 wt.% graphite oxide, 1-3 wt.% alkyl phenyl polyoxyethylene ether and 0.3-0.5 wt.% diethanolamine and water (balance amount). USE - Used as metal cutting fluid containing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The metal cutting fluid containing graphene has abrasion resistance, rust resistance, cleaning property and cooling property, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing metal cutting fluid containing graphene comprising (i) adding rust inhibitor, defoaming agent, corrosion inhibitor, surfactant and antiseptic fungicide into water, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution, (ii) adding graphene dispersion liquid to the mixture obtained in the step (i), and ultrasonic stirring to obtain final product.
