NOVELTY - The method involves preparing oxidation graphite alkene solution with preset concentration. Graphene solution is diluted by performing vacuum suction filtration operation to obtain an oxidation graphene thin film. The oxidation graphene thin film is formed with an electrode area by performing hot press spraying process. Oxidation graphene thin film reduction treatment is performed to manufacture a graphene transparent electrode i.e. pixel electrode, public electrode or touch-control electrode. Temperature of the graphene transparent electrode is measured for about specific range. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene transparent electrode of a display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing graphene transparent electrode manufacturing process in a simple manner.
