NOVELTY - The device has a groove main portion (1) which is equipped with a cathode chamber (11) having a stirrer and with an anode chamber (12). The porous insulation clapboard (4) is located between the cathode chamber and the anode chamber. A cathode element (2) in the cathode chamber is connected with a positive pole of the anode chamber. The cathode element and a positive pole chip (3) are connected to a physical power source (5) through lead. The cathode element is connected with a stepping machine guide pole (8) of a stepping machine (6). USE - Anti-bonding agent graphene electrode device. ADVANTAGE - Use of binder in the electrode preparation process is avoided. Thus, material cost and processing time are saved. The device is simple in structure and the cost of device is low.
