The cathode element is connected with a stepping machine guide pole (8) of a stepping machine (6). USE - Anti-bonding agent graphene electrode device. ADVANTAGE - Use of binder in the electrode preparation process is avoided. Thus, material cost and processing time are saved. The device is simple in structure and the cost of device is low.
