▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nickel zinc ferrite graphene scaffold involves dissolving nitrate precursors in a desired molar ratio dissolved in minimum amount of distilled water, adding citric acid to the nitrate precursor as obtained, adding ammonia to the solution as obtained to adjust the pH value to 6 and stirring for 30-50 minutes, adding graphene oxide in desired ratios to the solution obtained, ultra-sonicating for 15-25 minutes, evaporating the ultra-sonicated solution as obtained at 100-110 degrees C on a hot plate while continuously stirring to obtain a dark brown viscous xerogel, igniting the gel by raising the temperature at 220-230 degrees C to obtain a fluffy brown mass, calcining the brown mass at 570-610 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain a product, where theb ratio of NZF with graphene oxide for NZF-GO33, NZF-GO50 and NZF-GO66 in iratio of 2:1:1:1:1:2 and the nitrate precursors are iron nitrate neohydrate and zinc nitrate hexahydrate. USE - Method for preparing nickel zinc ferrite graphene scaffold used in radar and emi-shielding applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nickel zinc ferrite graphene scaffold exhibits superior broadband absorptivity in the range of GHz frequency low magnetic permeability and low magnetic suspectibility, exhibits superior broadband absorptivity in the range of GHz frequency low magnetic permeability and low magnetic suspectibility.
