NOVELTY - A graphene based multi-functional physiotherapy magnet preparation method involves ultrasonically cleaning raw ore to remove impurities. The ultrasonically cleaned raw ore is ball milled followed by grinding, obtaining raw ore slurry and obtaining self-heating far-infrared functional slurry. The self-heating far-infrared functional slurry is heated and dried to obtain self-heating far-infrared functional powder. The self-heating far-infrared functional powder is pressed into round slices, such that obtaining physiotherapy magnet followed by providing into middle of buttonhole. USE - Method for preparing graphene based multi-functional physiotherapy magnet. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene based multi-functional physiotherapy magnet with easy usability, recycling capacity, diameter of 5-10 mm, thickness of 2-4 mm and self-heating and far-infrared effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene based multi-functional physiotherapy magnet preparation method involves ultrasonically cleaning raw ore to remove impurities. The ultrasonically cleaned raw ore is ball milled for 1-5 hours followed by grinding in grinding machine for 1-5 hours, obtaining raw ore slurry by grinding in water mill for 1-5 hours, adding far infrared functional auxiliary agent, dispersing agent and raw ore slurry to high-speed cutting machine, high shear mixing and obtaining self-heating far-infrared functional slurry. The self-heating far-infrared functional slurry is heated and dried to obtain self-heating far-infrared functional powder. The self-heating far-infrared functional powder is pressed into round slices, in press machine, such that obtaining physiotherapy magnet followed by providing the physiotherapy magnet into middle of buttonhole.
