▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene filter system comprises e.g. an electromagnet filter installed on a discharge pipe arranged at bottom of a wastewater tank, a suction port of a supply pump installed on other side of electromagnet filter for connecting a discharge port of supply pump and a suction valve, an unit for connecting other side of suction valve to a filter barrel inner surface, a disk assembly installed on an internal space of filter barrel inner surface, and an unit for contacting a shaft of an impeller and a cleaning brush through disc assembly and installed between a valve housing and a needle bearing. USE - The system is useful for recycling wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system does not generate wastewater and occur water pollution, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene filter system comprises an electromagnet filter installed on a discharge pipe which is arranged at the bottom of a wastewater tank, a suction port of a supply pump installed on the other side of the electromagnet filter for connecting a discharge port of the supply pump and a suction valve, an unit for connecting the other side of the suction valve to a filter barrel inner surface, a disk assembly installed on an internal space of the filter barrel inner surface, an unit for contacting a shaft of an impeller (15) and a cleaning brush with each other through the disc assembly and installed between a valve housing and a needle bearing, a graphene filter provided at the center of one side of the filter barrel inner surface on which the cleaning brush is provided, a discharge valve (17) provided at a position opposite to the suction valve and installed on a main body, an unit for connecting the other side of the discharge valve to a sludge tank (19), a circular tube installed at the center of the upper surface of the sludge tank, a suction portion of a turbo fan (23) installed on the upper portion of the circular tube, a collecting bag installed on a discharge portion of the turbo fan and installed inside a collecting cylinder in a protected manner, an unit for connecting the collecting cylinder and the lower portion of the sludge tank by pipes, a piston connected to a conveying feed shaft of an actuator (11) while being in contact with the filter cylinder inner surface, a fixing rod for firmly fixing the actuator and the filter cylinder, and position sensors fixedly installed on the outer side of the filter cylinder.
