▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A bacteriostatic insect repellent film comprises polyethylene resin, durian kernel powder, Lagerstroemia indica flower, red bean alkali, Antrodia, zinc chloride, wool burn ash, calcium alginate, Lygodium japonicum, graphene, ozone oil, methyl dihydrojasmonate, cottonseed shell powder and water. USE - Bacteriostatic insect repellent film. ADVANTAGE - The bacteriostatic insect repellent film effectively inhibits bacteria, has excellent biodegradability, excellent insect repellent effect, does not affect the production of plants, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bacteriostatic insect repellent film, which involves (1) mixing Antrodia, durian kernel powder and L.indica flower, then adding red bean alkali, zinc chloride and water, leaving still for 6-8 hours, fully immersing, then warming up to 105-125 degrees C, heating for 1-2 hours, (2) mixing wool burn ash, calcium alginate and L.japonicum at 90-102 degrees C for 15-35 minutes, (3) adding cottonseed shell powder, graphene, ozone oil and methyl dihydrojasmonate, mixing at 65-80 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, ultrasonically oscillating for 10-20 minutes, (4) drying at 120-155 degrees C, then grinding and sieving to 80-100 mesh, then adding polyethylene resin, melt-blending at 135-145 degrees C, then granulating and molding to obtain final product.
