NOVELTY - The thermally-conductive structure has a plate-shaped heat conductor and another heat conductor with which a graphene sheet (15) is laminated, where a joint surface of the direction orthogonal to the lamination direction is mutually joined with the predetermined bonding material in the state. The bonding material is a metal in which melting point is lower than heat conductors. USE - Thermally-conductive structure for a cooling device (Claimed).
