▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for macro-preparation of graphene lubricating materials, involves (a) performing oxidation treatment on crystalline flake graphite to obtain graphite oxide or graphene oxide, (b) coating the graphite oxide or graphene oxide with a soluble metal salt to obtain a mixture of metal salt and graphite oxide or graphene oxide, (c) thermally reducing the mixture to obtain potassium sulfate-coated graphene, (d) washing and drying the metal salt-coated graphene to obtain graphene, and (e) performing ball milling the graphene to obtain a graphene lubricating material. USE - The method is used for macro-preparation of graphene lubricating material which is used as a lubricating additive or lubricating medium (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures low-cost and prepares graphene lubricating materials with low-defect and high-quality. The method is simple to operate and easy to realize industrialization, and the addition of excessive metal salt inhibits the destruction of the graphene structure by gas generated in the thermal reduction process. The method reduces defects such as cavities and wrinkles on the graphene surface, and improves product quality.
