NOVELTY - Graphene-modified plastic comprises 40-80 pts. wt. polyamide 66, 30-60 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.8-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 0.3-2 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - Graphene-modified plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified plastic has high strength and excellent puncture-proof performance, mechanical properties and toughness, and is lightweight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene-modified plastic, which involves (a) weighing above-mentioned raw materials, mixing graphene and nano-zinc oxide, grinding the mixture using ball mill for 1-1.5 hours to obtain mixture (I), (b) dissolving the mixture (I) and surfactant in solvent, adjusting pH to 9.5-10.2, ultrasonically processing at 45-50 degrees C for 2 hours, recovering solvent, centrifuging, washing to be neutral and drying under vacuum conditions to obtain nanostructured graphene, and (c) mixing nanostructured graphene with glass fiber, carrying out oxygen plasma treatment for 25-30 seconds, adding remaining materials, mixing, adding mixture to a twin-screw extruder and carrying out extrusion granulation to obtain plastic.
