NOVELTY - Ceramic heater comprises 50-65 pts. wt. alumina with particle size of 150-200 mu m, 10-20 pts. wt. silica with particle size of 80-100 mu m, 5-12 pts. wt. magnesium oxide with particle size of 50-60 mu m, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon nitride with particle size of 30-40 mu m, 4-7 pts. wt. yttria with particle size of 10-20 mu m, 2-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride with particle size of 500-600 nm, and 1-3 pts. wt. pretreated graphene with particle size of 50-200 nm. USE - Ceramic heater. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic heater has good heat transfer performance and heat preservation effect, has good thermal shock resistance, and is stable in hot and cold environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ceramic heater comprises 50-65 pts. wt. alumina with particle size of 150-200 mu m, 10-20 pts. wt. silica with particle size of 80-100 mu m, 5-12 pts. wt. magnesium oxide with particle size of 50-60 mu m, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon nitride with particle size of 30-40 mu m, 4-7 pts. wt. yttria with particle size of 10-20 mu m, 2-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride with particle size of 500-600 nm, and 1-3 pts. wt. pretreated graphene with particle size of 50-200 nm. The pretreated graphene is prepared by adding 3-5% hydroxyethylhexahydrotetrazine into graphene together with 3-5 wt.% acetone solution; dispersing by stirring for 50-80 minutes; and drying to form powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ceramic heater by mixing components according to proportion; adding 30-40 wt.% ethanol and 10-12% isopropyltriethoxysilane coupling agent; putting into planetary mill; mixing for 2-3 hours to obtain slurry; spray granulating; isostatic pressing granules into blank with desired shape; sintering blank at 1350-1420 degrees C for 90-110 minutes; cooling at 10-15 degrees C/minute to room temperature; insulating for 30-40 minutes; tempering at 550-620 degrees C for 30-50 minutes; and cooling to room temperature.
