▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an ecological composite material, comprises functionalizing thermotropic resins by adding 0.05-5% by mass graphene oxide in order to enhance the mechanical properties and a functional filler (tungsten, tantalum; molybdenum, bismuth) in a mass ratio of 55-95%, with a role in attenuation of γ radiation. USE - The process is useful for preparing an ecological composite material for attenuation of γ radiation with applications in space technologies and radioprotection. ADVANTAGE - The process provides composite material with epoxy matrix functionalized with 0.5% graphene oxide and 85% tungsten, which has enhanced mechanical properties, e.g. bending resistance of 17.87-26.09 MPa, which represents a 68% increase as compared with the graphene-free composite, bending resistance modulus of 0.66-1.49 GPa, which represents a 69% increase, hydrostatic density of 5.49-5.57, linear attenuation coefficient of 0.4913± 0.006 cm-1, mass attenuation coefficient of 0.08846± 0.001, and half value layer of 1.41 for energies of 661.7 keV.
