▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The composite comprises an electrically conductive material and plate-type structured graphene oxide, which is covered with multiple layers of enzyme. The electrically conductive material is carbon nano material, carbon nanotube, graphite, graphene or graphene oxide. USE - Enzyme-graphene oxide composite for a battery biofuel electrode, and a biosensor electrode (all claimed) in electrochemical application. Can also be used for an enzyme column, an enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay (ELISA), a bio purifier and anti-fouling paint. ADVANTAGE - The composite improves performance of a biofuel battery and a biosensor. The composite increases fixed enzyme amount so as to maintain high stability of the biofuel battery and the biosensor at room temperature and high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The enzyme is glucose dehydrogenase, glucose isomerase, glucose oxidase, laccase, lactase, lipase, phosphatase, peroxidase, moat rib, task lane ease, thermolysin, subtilisin, cellulase, SOI phosphatase, SOI peroxidase, sucrase, alcohol dehydrogenase, organophosphate hydrolase, xylanase, chymotrypsin, coli esterase, cholinesterase, phosphatase claw, peroxidase claw, carbonic anhydrase, tyrosinase, trypsin, papain phosphatase or papain peroxidase, dehydrogenase, glucose isomerase, hydrogenase, hole sera dish phosphatase or hole sera dish peroxidase. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing an enzyme-graphene oxide composite.
